Dorner announces a new afterhours Service Hot Line

Announcing another Dorner Advantage Service: A Service Hot Line at 888-417-3515 starting September 15, 2009.
This new service is designed for customers who have maintenance and service questions after normal business hours and on weekends. Dorner understands that many customers have a 24/5 or 24/7 operations and that helping these customers around the clock can keep the operations running and productivity high. Continuing production means lower cost of ownership and higher ROIs when using Dorner products and services. The hotline will be answered by Dorner’s FIT squad of highly trained and experienced service technicians.
The Service Hot Line is in addition to an Applications Hotline where customers can talk directly with one of Dorner’s application engineers during normal business hours. The engineers will answer technical questions and will help solve customer application challenges free of charge at 800-351-8712.
Dorner will continue to provide maintenance and service assistance at 800-259-1510 during normal business hours.
