Pre-engineering and the use of standard components eliminate the cost, long lead times and risk of custom conveyors. Plus, the AquaGard is easy to order and easy to accessorize.

Its unmatched speed is coupled with fast and versatile transfers—whether powered or rollers—while only adding minimally to the overall length. And one-inch nosebar tails can be integrated for small part transfers.

A revolutionary bracket design makes it easy to add a variety of controls in minutes. These include photo eyes, low voltage wires, air tubing, and several guiding options. And an available accessory bar can be used to add multiple components to one or both sides of the conveyor frame.

The AquaGard is TIG welded for durability, and all of the materials used in the conveyor are FDA approved and meet or exceed BISSC standards.

The modular plastic belt is available in straights, curves, inclines and declines. And open mesh, closed top, and cleated belt options are available in widths from 4 to 36 inches and lengths from 3 to 83 feet.

Two New Dorner Safety Accessories

Brand new and OSHA compliant, Dorner is pleased to introduce an Emergency Stop Pushbutton Station and a multi-color LED Beacon.

The Emergency Stop Pushbutton features a red illuminated mushroom-style push/pull switch. The integral LED will last nearly a lifetime, and its lower power consumption will help you meet your green initiatives.

The bright LED illuminates the Beacon’s dome with the option of red, green, or yellow light that can be easily viewed from any angle. The Beacon is immune to EMI and RFI interference, and it can be ordered with an audible alarm.
