Connect with Dorner 
Dorner recently joined the YouTube community to connect with you in a new and dynamic way. Visit and subscribe to our channel, DornerConveyors, to stay in touch and view conveyor videos from anywhere, at your convenience. Currently, our videos highlight different capabilities and applications of Dorner conveyors, including iDrive, AquaGard™, AquaPruf® and QWIK Conveyors. You can also view our holiday video if you missed it!
We will be frequently posting videos in order to keep you in tune with what is happening at Dorner and in the field. Dorner's Past: a Reminder of an
Exciting Future
With so much to look forward to in 2010 as we enter the new year, it is important to reflect back on certain past events that helped get you where you are today.
On a recent FIT Visit, a Dorner FIT Technician experienced this type of reflection. Our technician came across an original Dorner conveyor, the Slug-O-Matic, which was initially made in 1973 to remove scrap and parts from under metal stamping and die equipment.
This particular conveyor was made 25 years ago for a candy company in New Jersey and is still running today with all the original hardware, including the conveyor belt. Although it is no surprise that the conveyor is still at work over two decades later, it is a humbling way to appreciate the high-quality product Dorner has produced for so many years.
Since the 1970s, Dorner has expanded its line of conveyors to a full line of extruded aluminum and stainless steel conveyors serving customers in over 1,200 industry segments from industrial and packaging to food and medical companies. With a strong and determined commitment to new product development, constant innovation will only continue to turn out smart solutions for our customers. After all, focusing on what our customers need is what helped Dorner get to where it is today.
