It’s that time of year again when thousands will herd to the largest packaging and processing trade show in the world at the Pack Expo in Las Vegas, Nev. The expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center will be fast paced and full of enthusiasm – and Dorner is thrilled to show the industry what we have to offer.

Dorner will be exhibiting in booth C-1231, which can be accessed from all halls of the convention center. Our new, lighted sign featuring our new logo with the Move Fast. Move Smart. tagline is among several new elements of our booth. With a true commitment to continuous product innovation and development, we will be showing off two new products: the new iDrive; and the soon-to-be-released enhancement to our sanitary AquaGard line of conveyors.

The new iDrive will be integrated into a re-circulating “race track” demo, moving objects through transfers from one conveyor to another in a continuous motion using tailor-fit guiding. The iDrive demo will tell the story of its space saving design and ease of integration. You can find the iDrive demo underneath our bridge-like Z-frame demo.

The Z-frame demo will be a 7400 Series AquaPruf conveyor paired with a 5200 Series QWIK conveyor facing each other. The two cleated belt Z-frame conveyors will be continuously moving materials up the conveyors, over the heads of show attendees, across the top of the “bridge” and back down. As you walk under the demo you will see our newly redesigned AquaGard loop demo.

You may remember last year’s AquaGard demo at WestPack, moving cartons of candy through transfers and up inclines. At this year’s Pack Expo, the AquaGard product has a whole new look, thanks to the latest addition to this line of stainless steel conveyors. What’s the latest addition? Introducing the new after-hours Service Hotline

Dorner will begin offering an after-hours Service Hotline beginning Sept. 15. This new Dorner Advantage service can be reached at 888.417.3515 and will be monitored by Dorner’s FIT squad of highly trained and experienced service technicians.

This service is designed for customers who have maintenance and service questions outside of normal business hours.

At Dorner, we understand that many of our customers have 24/5 or 24/7 operation hours. We believe that helping these customers around the clock will help to keep the operations running and productivity high. This continuous production will result in lower cost of ownership and higher ROI when using Dorner products and services.

Dorner will continue to provide maintenance and service assistance at 800.259.1510 during normal business hours.

In addition to the Service Hotline, Dorner offers an Applications Hotline where customers can talk with an application engineer during normal business hours. The engineers answer technical questions and help solve customer application challenges free of charge at 800.351.8712.
