Dorner’s solid Acetal and stainless steel hollow roller conveyors improve sanitation for accumulation or buffer situations. Conveyors are designed for use in both food processing and food handling applications, providing a complete source for your product needs.

The solid Acetal roller is designed to USDA red meat and poultry standards and excels in the harshest wash down applications:

  • Rollers simply lift out and guide rails are removed without tools for fast and effective sanitation
  • Continuous TIG welded 304 Stainless Steel
  • #4 finish on all frame components
  • No horizontal surfaces for maximum drainage
  • Frame features welded standoffs for supports

The new stainless steel hollow roller is designed for packaging and general processing applications:

  • Continuous TIG welded 304 Stainless Steel
  • Outer frame surfaces have a #4 finish
  • Internal frame members have a 2B finish
  • Rollers surface is a 2B stainless steel tube
  • Roller ends are spring loaded with a 7/16” hex shaft

Flexibility with QWIK Conveyors has been raised to new heights with New Z-Frames

Click to View LargerThe most flexible conveyor platform is raising the industry standard again.

You can now quickly and easily change product heights on the 5200 series conveyors used in industrial, automation or packaging industries without conveyor-to-conveyor transfers. By integrating the new Z-Frame into a single system, you can also avoid the added costs associated with additional drive units.

You gain critical manufacturing flexibility with virtually limitless combinations of straights, inclines, declines and curves. Plus, the 5200 series conveyors can be easily reconfigured using just a few basic tools.

New Hygienic Motorized Pulleys!

Click to View LargerImprove food safety and reduce sanitation time required to clean with AquaPruf motorized pulleys which now feature the Progressive Key Sprocket Retention System*(patent pending). This System eliminates the need for fasteners or welds to locate the sprockets on the pulleys. This clean and simple design is another innovative hygienic feature for the AquaPruf line of conveyors.

  1. The completely sealed motorized pulleys are more sanitary because of the smooth profile, stainless-steel finish and fewer potential collection points for harboring bacteria and other contaminants. And you can even remove these pulleys without tools.
  2. The motorized pulleys are more economical to operate. They are rated 32 percent more energy efficient un-loaded, and 47 percent more efficient loaded compared to geared-motor drives.
  3. They fit in tight spaces. The entire drive unit is housed within the drum shell inside the conveyor frame which eliminates a bulky external gear drive taking up valuable space.

The motorized pulley is available on all 7400, 7600 and Ultimate conveyors.
