BTO Technician – 3X Cell Team



Position Description

The team member will learn all facets of the 3X Build to Order (BTO) conveyor line, including sub assembly, final assembly and drives.  No task too big or too small.  Experience working with power tools is a plus.  A continuous improvement mindset is needed.


Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. This individual needs to be eager to learn and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.  Must have excellent mechanical ability and be able to work with and build from prints. They will need to be a complete team player and have the ability to interact positively and clearly with a wide array of people.  Must be open-minded and willing to learn new things.  They will need to be creative and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.  Have a positive attitude and will do whatever is required to service Dorner customers; both internally and externally to the best of your ability. Problem solving skills are essential.
