We are very proud and excited to announce appointments for two leadership positions within the company: Terry Schadeberg as President and CEO and Brian Baumgart as CFO.
Both Terry and Brian come to Dorner from Nord Gear Corp., a supplier of industrial power transmission equipment based in Waunakee, WI. In their most recent positions at Nord Gear Corp., Terry served as President and Brian was CFO.
Terry is a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned his MBA from the University of Memphis in 1992. Prior to Nord Gear Corp. Terry also previously held the position of CFO for two other companies.
“I’m very excited to join the Dorner team,” Terry said. “The employees should be very proud of the company they’ve built. Our goal is simple – to create and implement a strategy that generates the short- and medium-term results we need, while creating a long-term vibrant and healthy company that we can be proud of for years to come. And, of course, we should have a lot of fun along the way.”
Brian is also a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. His experience prior to Nord Gear Corp. is holding the positions of controller and general manager at one other company.Please join us in welcoming Terry and Brian to Dorner.
