This week we are introducing the 1100 Series / 2200 Series Loop. This loop shows the advantages of our two lowest profile conveyors including tight side and end transfers and the ability to easily integrate with robots and other machinery.
1100 Series Conveyor
The 1100 Series miniature belt conveyors are our smallest conveyors, and at ¾” frame height, they have the lowest profile in North America.
They are designed for small or lightweight part handling and can easily fit inside machinery or other equipment.
The 1100 Series is Class 100 cleanroom verified*, which makes them ideal for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.
2200 Series Belted Conveyors
Dorner’s 2200 Series Belted Conveyors are ideal for:
- Small Part Transfers
- Part Accumulation
- Precision Part Movement
- Small Part Handling and Positioning
- Part/Package Infeed and Outfeed
- Automated and Manual Assembly
The optional nose bar safely transfers parts at speeds up to 200 feet per minute and the durable, single piece frame design reduces the overall number of needed stands.
