In an ongoing effort to improve the D-Tools user experience we are releasing an upgrade to the log-in portion of D-Tools.
Effective Tuesday, September 28, all current D-Tools users must reset their account password. The reset will NOT delete any configuration history. The reset will only create a NEW password for the new sign-in method.
Click the Login/Register button on the DTools homepage.
Select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to enter your email address and continue. Even if you remember your password you will need to follow the “Forgot Password” prompts to be able to log in.
An email from noreply@dorner.com will be sent asking you to confirm the password reset. Click the “confirm” button to proceed.
Follow the prompt to set a new password.

If you log in and are stuck on the DTools homepage with no buttons, please follow these steps.
1. Click Log Off below the Dorner logo
2. Close all browser tabs and windows
3. Go back to https://tools.dornerconveyors.com and sign in
If after these steps you still cannot fully log into DTools, please contact the Dorner DTools team at CustomerService@dorner.com
