Benefits of FlexMove Vertical Bend Modules:

 

Lower Knuckle Modules
  • Angles (all widths): 5°, 7°, 10°, 15°, 20° and 30°
  • Radius at Top Surface of Chain:
    • 45 & 65 mm wide = 265 mm (10.4 in)
    • 85, 105, 180 & 260 mm wide = 357 mm (14.0 in)
    • 150 mm wide = 457 mm (18.0 in)
  • Incline angles of 10° and higher require friction top chain
  • Can mount directly to drive/idler tails, wheel corners, and plain bend corners without the need for an intermediate frame
Upper Knuckle Modules
  • Angles: (all widths): 5°, 7°, 10°, 15°, 20° and 30°
  • Radius at Top Surface of Chain:
    • 45 & 65 mm wide = 337 mm (13.2 in)
    • 85, 105, 180 & 260 mm wide = 443 mm (17.4 in)
    • 150 mm wide = 544 mm (21.4 in)
  • Incline angles of 10° and higher require friction top chain
  • Can mount directly to drive/idler tails, wheel corners, and plain bend corners without the need for an intermediate frame
